APP26 Recovery (USER COMMUNITYClient)

APP26 Purpose:

APP26 Client allows users to query, enter, and modify USER COMMUNITYsupport records. All writes are directly to the database.

APP26 Recovery Considerations:

Stopping/Restart Processes:

- Use NTM Control Utility - Service Control - Process Controller to stop/restart processes.

- Use APP26 nodes only when moving between nodes. (Java code, FireDaemon and Host Specific references in JNLPs required.)

- When stopping/restarting APP26 processes:

1) Notify Operations and work in cooperation with them, as appropriate to situations.

2) Stop/Restart the APP26 process.

APP26 NTM Control Commands:

There are no APP26 specific NTM Control commands.

APP26 Troubleshooting Table:

Node Crashes Evidenced by: - In Solarwinds (and outlook), node and processes will be reported down.
